Hi everyone!

If you wish to share a photo via a QR code that will lead you directly to it, you can do so by using any 3rd party app and in this article, we will demonstrate how to do that via PicPic Social.

So what do you need to do? Simple! just follow the steps below:

  1. Create an account on PicPicSocial.

  2. Add a payment method to your account and purchase a plan, that fits you:

  1. Create a Microsite template as follows:

            a. Go to Templates -> Microsite and press on the +  icon to create a new Microsite:

            b. Set it up as described below:

             c. You can change how it will look under the Styling tab:

                d. Under the Sharing tab you can adjust how the page will look for your guests and enable sharing options that you want to be available (texting will have extra fees):

             e. Hit the blue checkmark at the right top corner of the screen once it's ready.

  1. Create a new event as follows:

            a. Go to Events and click on the + New Event to create an event

            b. Select the "Share" option

            c. Enter the name of the event and select an event date:

            d. Go straight to the Add-Ons tab (skip the Sharing tab as we are going to set up the custom option) and select a Microsite option in the list:

            e. Set up the add-on as below, click save, and then save the event settings:

  1. Copy the link to your gallery and paste it into the settings of your preset in Foto Master Photo Booth software (also make sure to have all the General settings as below):

  1. Add QR Code feature to your workflow:

  1. Download and install Device Server to further upload photos and log in with your PicPicSocial account.

  2. Select the event created in the previous steps, add the Photos folder of your event, and hit start:

  1. Now you will be able to access your sharing page once scanning the QR Code:

(Draft watermark will be present only during tests and will disappear once the event is published)

  1. Publish the event when it starts and update Device Server:

(The published event will be available only for the next 8 hours, so make sure not to start it too early)

If you will need to access the whole gallery with the photos, simply use the Gallery link from the previous steps (http://events.picpicsocial.com/myeventsharing in this case).
