Hi all!

Yes, an activation that won't start (timer shows 00:00) can be a very stressful thing, yet an easy thing to solve!

Here are a few tips for a self-troubleshooting process, and if you need our assistance, our support team is available 24/7, at your service.

1. Make sure the software runs as Administrator. Right-click on the software's icon > Compatibility > enable Run this program as administrator:

2. Make sure you have installed the required Vcredist and Java drivers correctly, and that Java Updates and disabled:

The software will only work with Java RE 144. Hence, Disable Java Updates: Open Control Panel > Java > Updates and uncheck “Check for updates automatically”:

*If the Java updates were already one or if you are not sure if the updates were done or not, you can uninstall Java and re-install it.

*When windows firewall message prompts, select both options (Private and Public networks) and click Allow Access:

3. Once you have done steps 1-2, restart the software.

>> If the software does not seem to open for some reason, open the Task Manager and see if it's active there. If so, close its process and re-run the Photo Mosaic Wall from your desktop. You can also try to restart the computer.

4. Make sure no Anti-Virus software is installed\active on your computer.

5. Try to run a new activation.

6. It is possible that the Main Photo you loaded is too heavy. Sometimes it could take a few moments until the activation starts, but sometimes it can prevent the activation to start at all. Try to run a new activation with a different photo. It is recommended to check with Foto Master's test photo - click here to download.

The Main Photo needs to be .JPG\.JPEG\.PNG, and with sRGB profile (see this article for more details). If the Main Photo file is in the correct format and not too heavy, try to re-save it as a new file:

    a. Right-click on the photo file

    b. Select Edit with Photos

    c. When the photo will open with Microsoft's Photos app, click on "Save a copy" and save a new file.

7. If the photo's path\directory contains special characters, try to re-name the required location on the path. For example: Desktop\Drivers@company\MyPhoto >> Change to >> Desktop\Drivers_company\MyPhoto
