Hi guys!
We are excited to present to you our new "Screen Recording" feature, allowing you to record a video of your session at any point in your workflow.

Adding the Screen Recording Feature to the Workflow:
1. Add the “Live View Start” feature state at the desired location in the workflow. At this point, the software will use the selected camera (webcam, DSLR, Kinect) to start the Live View.
2. Add the “Screen Recording Start” feature state after the "Live View Start" feature state.
3. Add an Animation state right after the "Screen Recording Live" state and set the animation's Next State Trigger to be "Time". The length of the video will be determined by the length of the animation.
4. Add the “Screen Recording Stop” feature state after the Animation state.
5. Add the "Live View Stop" feature state after the "Screen Recording Stop" feature.
In the following example, the software will record the screen during the "Countdown" animation
Settings:
In the Globals tab > Screen Recording section, you can control the settings for this feature.
Recording:
- Recording Width x Height: Define the recording width and height.
- Recording Left x Top: Define the screen recording position.
- Wait on Video Ready: Check this box if you wish to wait until the screen recording file is saved before continuing with the workflow.
Save:
- Output Width x Height: Define the video file output width and height.
- Frames Per Second: Define the frame rate of the screen recording video.
Using Screen Recording with Augmented Reality:
You can use the "Screen Recording" feature in order to record your Augmented Reality experience!
How is it done? very simple! all you need is to add the "Screen Recording" feature to your workflow before and after the part that you wish to record:
