If you are experiencing issues with wrong/faded colors while using DNP printers, there's an official ICC Color Profile That you can download.
1. Download DNP ICC profiles here and unzip the folder.
2. Right click the DNP Printer and click Install profile
3. Go to Devices and Printers > Right click on the specific printer > Printer Properties.
4. Go to the Color Management tab and click on the Color Management button:
5. Once in the new tab click the correct printer from the drop down list.
6. Check the checkbox that says "Use my settings for this device".
7. Then click the Add button and choose from the list the "IMSA_RX1_2014-02-28_BL (ushi)".
8. Once you add that, click on the old color driver and click remove.
9. Click Close and apply.
If the above color profile selection does not give you the desired results, try the other profiles that are available in the drop down menu.
