1. First, make sure that your overlay's Width and Height values are matching your Photo Layout Width and Height (WxH), and make sure it is centered (the overlay Top and Left value should be 0):

2. If the overlay is centered, you can add page paddings to your printout in the Features tab > Print Copies (depends on the printer):

3. If the white lines are random over the paper, that might be a media\printer issue. If you're using DNP printer, you can use the DNP troubleshooting document for further assistance.

Page Paddings explanation:

When printing a 4x6 printout, that is 1200x1800 pixels, most of the Photo Printers will actually print an 1844x1240 pixels printout (you can find more information about that online), which is a bit bigger. The printer will cut the margins to fit the 1800x1200 size.

With that, when printing from Windows, it will mostly use the "Fit to Page" mode, which may affect the Printout quality. In the software, we use an 1800x1200 pixels photo layout and the photo is printed "as-is", not to compromise the printout quality.

For those reasons, we have the Page Padding feature that can be applied in two ways:

1. Adding padding through the Features tab > Print Copies section - This will apply the selected settings (in this case - the page paddings) on the specific\individual preset.

2. Adding padding through the Globals tab > Printer section - which will apply the selected settings for all the presets.

In some cases, we would need to set the paddings through the Features tab. For example, When using a 4x6 preset alongside a 2x6 preset, we are using different printer settings for each individual preset, through the Features tab. That includes the paddings as well.
